Actions Data Fields

Description

The description of the action being established, i.e. Follow-Up Call.

Closed

Select this check box to automatically close the action when it is added to a contact. For example, you might create an action called Update Info that you use when a customer calls to update demographic information such as a phone number. This action wouldn't require additional review so it would be of the type Closed. You might also choose to create closed actions applicable to your internal staff, such as for meeting and birthday reminders.

Group

Click in the Group box and select the action group this particular action applies to.
